The Unknown History of Ancient Law & fathers right's still being Violated! 

The Fathers' Rights Movement has evolved in many countries. Many which in USA  is forcing many Organizations today to UNITE as one to make GLOBAL movement push.  Many of which known as the Actor Jason Patric case, Including the Baby Wyatt King Case. Two of which is in California, USA.

The Unknown History ~  The fathers’ rights movement in the US emerged with the founding of Divorce Racket Busters in California in 1960 to protest Californian divorce laws which they stated discriminated against men in alimony, child support settlements and in a presumption of maternal custody. The group expanded into other states, changing its name to Divorce Reform in 1961. With the increase in divorce rates in the 1960s and 1970s, more local grassroots men’s organization grew up devoted to divorce reform, and by the 1980s, there were a total of more than 200 fathers’ rights groups active in almost every state. These groups focused their actions on what they viewed as sex discrimination in family law, by engaging in political activities such as lobbying state legislatures, filing class action suits, picketing courthouses, and monitoring judges’ decisions through “court watches”. The 1990s saw the emergence of new and larger organizations such as National Fatherhood Initiative and the American Fathers coalition. Several attempts have been made to found a national organization to which local fathers’ rights organizations could belong, however this has been difficult to achieve. As a result the movement remains mainly a loose coalition of local groups. As Early 1950's to today!

PICKETS FOR PATER RIGHTS — For the second time since being divorced in 1952. Philip Chain, 38, above, picketed the Los Angeles home of his former wife, Mrs. Esther Critichfield Chain, because she was not at home when he came to visit their 4-year-old daughter, Darlene. According to a court order, Mr. Chain explains, he can visit the child on Sundays and holidays, but this Sunday when he arrived there was a sign on the door reading “Not at home,”

In a day of emphasized women’s rights, some Texas divorced fathers have banded together to fight for the right to the custody of their children. One of the fathers. Ed Cullum states, “Divorce courts in Texas and across the country still consistently award the custody of children in divorce proceedings to the mothers.” Here the group is shown picketing outside the Dallas County Courthouse.

Today continue to make movement to change ancient laws!

OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM FAILED PRESTON KING ON NOVEMBER 13, 2013. Preston King had his God given Constitutional rights to being a daddy kept from him on November 13, 2013.. He has never wanted anything more except to be a daddy to Wyatt.. He did all he could do and he truly LOVED the babies mama as much as a 18 year old in high school could..He was so EXCITED the day he found out he was going to be a daddy and announced it to the whole world...

The Court is in appeal process with many other cases like Jason Patric, Baby Hailey, & MANY MORE!
